How we find jobs for candidates.

Here's a quick overview of how it works
  • You add your profile.
  • On a regular basis we run a process to see if your profile matches any vacancies that have been placed on our service.
  • If there is a suitable vacancy, you'll get an email so that you can view the vacancy and decide if you want to apply.
  • If a company wants to interview you, then you will need to arrange a time, rather than relying on an agent to do that for you.
  • If you are a Contractor, you will then need to put a contract in place rather than an agent doing it for you. A good resource for contract templates can be found here. As a Contractor you may find it beneficial to have this direct Business to Business relationship with the employer.

That's it in a nutshell, but we also actively contact companies to see if they are interested in someone with your skills.

You also have the opportunity to anonymously ask questions directly to the company before you apply for a vacancy.

We know that this may not be for everyone, and that there are a number of people that will still want to use an agent to arrange interviews, contracts and timesheets. But we are catering for a large and growing list of Employers that do not want to waste £000 on using a Recruitment Agent.
